Is this an auction?
No. Lay-It-Down does not run auction events. Buyers never see competing offers, and the highest offer never automatically wins. Dealers collect private offers and decide which one, if any, to accept.
Is this a public marketplace?
No. Nothing is publicly browsable. Listings are visible only to the verified buyers the dealer selects for that unit.
Is dealer access free?
No. Dealer access is a paid founding membership. Verified wholesale-buyer access is free during the founding launch. Membership is handled directly with our team; there is no in-app billing.
Does Lay-It-Down handle payment, title, transport, or inspection?
No. Lay-It-Down Wholesale runs the listing, offer, and messaging workflow. Payment, title transfer, transport, and inspection happen directly between the dealer and the buyer.
Does Lay-It-Down guarantee a sale or offer?
No. We do not guarantee that a unit sells, that offers arrive, or that any offer reaches a particular price. Dealers control who receives each listing, and buyers decide what to offer.
